Are your products safe to use on my skin?
Absolutely! All of my products are independently tested, by a qualified chemist, to ensure that they fully comply with Cosmetic Product Safety Regulations.
All of my products are registered with the Cosmetic Product Notification Portal and have a Product Information File in place.
Do you test your products on animals?
I operate a very strict no testing on animals policy. Call me old fashioned but all of my products are tested on humans instead!
Do you ship internationally?
Of course I do, if you live outwith the UK, I offer flat rate international postage for £9.99 regardless of how many bottles you buy!
How long does it take to process orders?
All of my products are handmade, in small quantities, so may take a little longer to process. I aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days but mostly it will be much quicker than this.
Can I return an item?
If your item is unopened, in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging, then provided that it is returned to us within 30 days, we can offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage and proof of purchase must be included with the product.
Do you offer any further fragrances?
At the moment all of the fragrances that I offer are listed on our website. However if you would like me to stock a certain fragrance please contact us at info@bartsbalm.co.uk and if there is enough demand then we will attempt to formulate this.
