I love the uniquely styled presentation of both the moisturiser packaging and bottle itself, so would certainly make for a nice gift to anyone.
The performance is exactly as I expect from Bart's in that very little goes a very long way, and tonight, I used it as an aftershave balm meets moisturiser, and the result was a beautiful non-greasy smooth to the touch finish.
The fragrance is their 'Ben Nevis' which is based on Creed Aventus, and in the shave set-up tonight, used a sample of their as yet to be released shaving soap in the same fragrance.
Very happy with the results, and as always, my thanks to you all at Bart's.
Bought this purely after buying the Ben Nevis Shaving Balm and wishing I could get the aroma it in a cologne (au de parfum) and realising you do just that.
Lovely fresh everyday aroma that also smells great on an evening out. *****

Recently shaved my beard off to participate in Movember so wanted a decent aftershave balm.
This product did not disappoint at all.
Quality packaging and a great product that smells awesome, reminiscent of a quality aftershave.
Soothes the skin and a little goes a long way so what may appear has a 'pricey' product to some is actually a great value. Easily recommended*****

So great to add another scent to my Bart’s aftershave collection. A great idea to do a special edition and I do hope Bart will do more. Ben Lomond is a light and sumptuous balm with a delicate and delightful aroma.
A good shaving soap, economical to use, well presented. Lathers well even in hard water.

I’ve been using Bart’s stuff for a few years now and honestly won’t use anything else , I shave with an array of vintage Sheffield and Solingen straight razors and need a good post shave lotion , moisturiser and lubricating shaving soap, which is why I use his products . The shaving soap gives a really good lather especially if a little hot water is put into the tin pre lathering up , his argon oil post shave lotion and moisturiser leaves my skin super soft like no other product I’ve used (and I’ve used a few !). His prices are on the money for the high quality gear he supplies too, so no complaints there . I’ve recently got my son (26) and father (85) using his stuff as they both wet shave , it’s honestly the best on the market, try it you’ll not be disappointed.
